Established in 2013, PPIA USYD’s annual event, Nusantawa, is back this year – bigger and better! Famous for their comedy segment on NET TV “The Comment” and Prambors Radio’s “The Dandees”, your hosts for the night, the hilarious duo comprised of Imam Darto and Dimas Danang, will take you through a night filled with laughter.

The essence of Nusantawa has always been comedy, and who else to lead the night other than top-notch stand-up comedians Adjis Doa Ibu and Gilang Gombloh? They have been performing on some of Indonesia’s biggest stand-up stages and countless television channels in Indonesia and will guarantee to make you laugh all night.

Looking for more than laughter? Look no further! This year’s Nusantawa is more than just a comedy show. We will awe you with our very own play adapted from famous Indonesian novel-turned-movie Dilan 1990. The act will be performed by a talented cast and will be sure to entertain you!

Oh, and did we mention that we will feature an 8-time AMI (Anugerah Musik Award) award winner with 10 music albums and 23 years of musical experience? We’re super excited to announce a special performance by one of Southeast Asia’s most decorated singers, and one of Indonesia’s most loved artists, Glenn Fredly!

Support Indonesian culture while you laugh all night and enjoy the best music at Nusantawa 2018! It will be held on the 8th of September in Seymour Center’s York Theatre at 5:30 pm. Ticket price will be $35 for general admission, $40 for VIP and $45 for VVIP. You can get UP TO 15% DISCOUNT before the 1st of August! For more information contact Samuel (0430 533 829).
